Shipping

Everything in our shop is printed on demand. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your order is made after you place it, which is why production takes a few days before anything ships.

Production time

Most items are printed and packed in 2–5 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday start production the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order leaves the print facility:

• United States — 3–7 business days
• Canada — 6–12 business days

So a typical US order arrives about 5–12 business days after you place it. Busy periods around holidays run longer.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If checkout won't accept your country, that's why.

Shipping cost

A flat $5.99 per order, shown at checkout before you pay. Any duties or import charges on Canadian orders are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as the parcel ships. If tracking hasn't arrived within 7 business days, contact us with your order number.

Wrong address

We print exactly what's entered at checkout. If the address is wrong, tell us immediately — before production starts we can usually fix it. Once an order has shipped to an address you supplied, a replacement is at your cost.

Lost or damaged

If a parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered and it isn't, contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos of any damage. See Returns for how those are handled.
