Because all of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner (Printful), we have a specific return and refund policy outlined below.
Please read carefully before purchasing.
1. Print-On-Demand Policy
All products are custom-printed when you place your order.
This means:

We do not keep inventory.

Items are made specifically for you.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or change of mind.
Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before purchasing.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will replace or refund items that are:

Damaged during shipping

Defective
-
Incorrect item received
-
Incorrect size sent (if fulfillment error)
To request a replacement or refund:

Within 7 days of delivery

Include:

Order number

Description of issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging

We may forward your claim to our fulfillment partner (Printful) for verification.
If approved, we will:

Send a replacement at no additional cost, OR

Issue a refund to your original payment method
3. Wrong Size Ordered
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for ordering the wrong size.
All product pages include sizing charts. Please measure carefully before ordering.
If you are unsure, we recommend sizing up.
4. Color Variations
Due to monitor differences and print-on-demand production processes:

Slight color variations may occur.

These are not considered defects.
5. Shipping Issues
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:

Contact the shipping carrier first.

If the issue is unresolved, contact us within 7 days.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address entered by the customer:

The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled:

Within 12 hours of purchase

Before the item enters production
After production begins, cancellation is not possible.
7. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Chargebacks & Fraud
If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us:

We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account bans.
