It all started with that man who threw a Subway sandwich at some officers.

He was charged with felony assault on a federal officer.
Attorney General Pam Bondi said, “This is an example of the Deep State we have been up against for seven months as we work to refocus DOJ.”
Unfortunately for Trump’s friends, a grand jury refused to indict him.

Given how absurd this whole thing is, it’s only natural that the submarine sandwich would rise as the ultimate symbol of resistance in DC.
