A video has emerged showing a congressional staffer engaging in a sexual act with an unidentified man in a Senate hearing room. This room is typically used for senators during hearings. The Daily Caller, which obtained the footage, described it as explicit and noted it appears to be unprotected.
The video, characterized as amateur pornography, was part of the content circulated in a private group chat for gay men involved in politics. This group chat was reviewed by the Daily Caller.
Accompanying the video, there’s a photograph of the alleged staffer, naked and in a provocative pose on a table used for hearings. The Daily Caller has identified the location as Senate room SD-G50 and blurred the individual’s face due to the unconfirmed identity.
Laura Loomer, a conservative activist, claimed on X/Twitter that the staffer works for Senator Ben Cardin (D-MD). She stated, “I can exclusively confirm that the Senator whose staffer was caught filming a gay sex tape in the Senate Hearing room is Democrat Senator Ben Cardin.” Her post included a reference to Senator Cardin.
